The Global Research & Policy Institute (GRPI) was established with a mission focused on two pillars:
To promote evidence-based policy-making in Japan and beyond, especially on topics related to social and technological innovation.
To facilitate global and bipartisan policy discussions and exchange between elected representatives, academia, businesses, and civil society organizations.
Our Core Activities
Conduct research on public policy issues
Deliver evidence-based policy recommendations.
Facilitate dialogue and exchanges through regular or issue-based parliamentarian delegations and missions with a focus on Japan
Organize lectures, symposiums, and discussion forums for policy actors
